Terms of Service

Welcome to Wonder Walk

These terms apply to both the Wonder Walk team (referred to as “we” below) and you (referred to as “user” below). When you visit wonderwalk.ai, register, subscribe, or chat with Wonder AI, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms. If you don't agree, please don't continue to use the service.

1. Overview of the service

Wonder Walk is a sleep companion product offering:

• Real-world ambient-sound immersive experiences recorded on site;
• Bedtime conversation companions built from multiple AI personas (Wonder AI);
• Personalized sleep rhythm and memory management tools;
• Subscriptions as a paid feature.

We update features, swap models, and adjust pricing from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-product notice or email.

2. Eligibility

• The service is not offered to children under 13;
• Teens aged 13–17 must use it with parental or guardian guidance and avoid sharing sensitive health information;
• You confirm that the email, name, and other registration details you provide are accurate;
• You confirm that you may legally use the service in your country or region.

3. AI content disclaimer (important)

Wonder AI is a companion conversation product — it is not a medical device and not a psychotherapy service. It is generated by large language models and may contain inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading content. In the following situations, please do not rely on Wonder alone:

• Diagnosing, treating, medicating, or making health decisions;
• Handling acute self-harm, harm to others, or a mental crisis;
• Substituting Wonder for a real therapist or in-person physician.

If you or someone near you is experiencing an urgent health risk, please call your local emergency number or seek professional help immediately.

4. Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and every activity under your account is considered yours. Please do not:

• Abuse AI calls via scripts, scrapers, or automation;
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' conversations, subscriptions, or admin data;
• Obtain subscription benefits by impersonation, account sharing, or other fraud;
• Submit illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or minor-related improper content to Wonder AI;
• Use the service to do anything that violates applicable local law.

Breaches may result in warnings, feature restrictions, or account suspension; we reserve the right to pursue damages where loss occurs.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

5.1 Subscription products

We currently offer: the free experience, monthly Basic ($14.99/mo) and Premium ($39.99/mo) subscriptions, and a one-time 3-day Basic trial ($3.99). All prices are in US dollars (USD) and processed by Stripe.

5.2 Auto-renewal

Monthly subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can switch off auto-renewal at any time from My account → Manage subscription; you keep access through the end of the current period.

5.3 Refund policy

Once a purchase is made, subscriptions generally aren't refundable mid-period, with the following exceptions:

• Extended service outage that prevented you from using the entitlement;
• Clear duplicate charges or billing errors;
• Refund rights that local law specifically grants.

To request a refund, email support@wonderwalk.ai with your order info; we'll reply within 7 business days. Once a refund is issued, the subscription benefits associated with the purchase are reclaimed at the same time.

5.4 Price changes

We may adjust pricing based on cost and product iterations. Any price change does not affect the subscription you have already paid for in the current period; the new price applies to new periods or new subscriptions only.

6. Content and intellectual property

The ambient audio masters, AI character designs, product UI and copy, the Big Dipper logo, and similar assets are owned by the Wonder Walk team. Without our written permission, please do not:

• Copy, resell, or distribute them in other products;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or mirror our master files;
• Repackage Wonder AI output as your own “AI therapy” product for sale.

The conversation content between you and Wonder is yours; we only process it as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service availability

We do our best to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Infrastructure (Cloudflare, Stripe, third-party AI models) may experience outages, and we may pause features for maintenance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses you incur from relying on AI replies, misusing sleep tools, or service interruption;
• Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the past 12 months.

If your region's mandatory consumer law provides higher protection, we'll follow that law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and clear your data from Wonder memory & privacy. To delete your account, email support@wonderwalk.ai.

We may also suspend or terminate your account when you materially breach these terms or law requires us to; we'll notify you in advance where possible.

10. Changes to the terms

These terms may evolve with product changes and legal requirements. When the change is material, we'll communicate it on a prominent place on the site or via an in-product notice; continued use means you accept the latest version.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Indiana, USA (excluding its conflict-of-laws rules). Any dispute arising from these terms should first be resolved through good-faith discussion; if discussion fails, it shall be submitted to the competent court in the location of Purdue University.
